Neoti is seeking a Sales Manager who is self-motivated with a proven track record in the Display Market. Experience in identifying opportunities; listening, and providing solutions to customers; and closing business successfully are key components to this position. The Sales Managerwill be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with end- users, integrators, and consultants to grow his/her market.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Aggressively research, identify and pursue new business in the Broadcast; and Pro AV Market.

• Schedule, organize and deliver Demonstrations of Product and Services.

• Assist in developing and executing both short and long term Sales Strategies designed to aid in optimal growth for the company.

• Must meet or exceed established Sales Performance Goals at, or above target profit levels.

• Participate and be active in tradeshows, networks and groups within the Pro AV market.

• Maintain consistent contact with customers and manages interactions through CRM Software.

• Participate in Market Strategy by providing feedback relevant to Sales.

• Work alongside Project Management Team to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Installation.

• Prepare and present concise, and professional proposals addressing all of the customers’ needs.

• Travel as required to fulfil responsibilities.

• Proven history in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Strong knowledge of industry products and sales tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

• Three to Five Years of Sales Experience with emphasis in displays, video or other similar technology.

• Technical Background strongly preferred in Pro-AV, Broadcast and/or related field.

• Proven Sales Track Record.
