White Paper | Batch Matching dvLED Video Walls

LED diodes are made of natural crystal substrate, plastics, and epoxies that make the color of each diode vary slightly. A single manufacturing run has billions of individual diodes that are sorted (or batched) based on the color tolerance specified by the manufacturer. The matching color diodes are then used to make LED panels that look the same color when assembled into a wall.
