Neoti is growing, and we’re hiring a remote Inside Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to help bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with outbound follow-up, and experienced with CRM systems. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
You’ll help qualify inbound leads, coordinate timely follow-up, maintain accurate HubSpot records, support quote and proposal activity, and assist with customer engagement programs such as Lunch & Learns, webinars, demos, trade shows, and post-event follow-up.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping details organized, and helping a growing B2B technology company create a stronger customer experience.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $65,000 base salary plus bonus and commission incentives

Experience we’re looking for
- 2+ years in inside sales, sales support, customer success, marketing coordination, business development, or a related role
- CRM experience, with HubSpot preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort making outbound calls and following up with prospects
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- B2B, AV, technology, manufacturing, construction, engineering, event, or trade-show experience is a plus
