Neoti is growing, and we’re hiring a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical expert across our direct-view LED products, display solutions, and related AV technologies.
This is a customer-facing technical role that works closely with sales, project management, support, engineering, partners, and customers. The right person can understand customer requirements, translate technical details into clear solutions, and help move opportunities from discovery through design, proposal, presentation, and successful project execution.
In this role, you’ll help design and recommend complete display system solutions, including LED displays, processing, mounting structures, power distribution, networking, control systems, and related infrastructure. You’ll support technical customer presentations, demonstrations, trade shows, industry events, virtual meetings, project handoffs, troubleshooting, and product training.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical problem-solving ability, communication skills, sales intelligence, and hands-on familiarity with display technology, AV systems, direct-view LED, broadcast technology, networking, control systems, or related technical disciplines.
This is an on-site role based at Neoti’s headquarters in Bluffton, Indiana, with approximately 40–50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding direct-view LED technology, audiovisual systems, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet project objectives, performance requirements, budget constraints, and installation considerations.
- Design and recommend complete display system solutions, including LED displays, processing, mounting structures, power distribution, networking, control systems, and related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical sales support throughout the sales process.
- Develop technical proposals, system designs, specifications, and supporting documentation for sales opportunities.
- Support project management, support, and engineering teams to help deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Support technical customer presentations, demonstrations, trade shows, industry events, virtual meetings, troubleshooting, and training.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with direct-view LED, audiovisual systems, display technologies, broadcast technology, networking, control systems, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication, presentation, customer service, and sales-support skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience reading or creating technical documentation, drawings, specifications, or system layouts.
- Strong organization and project-management skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to work on-site at Neoti’s headquarters in Bluffton, Indiana and travel approximately 40–50%.
